Fitness Philosophy: Do activities you love to stay fit! You don't need a fancy gym or fancy gym clothes to be active. Go outdoors, stay indoors, or go to the pool or lake. Just move your body each day!
Special Accomplishments: Certified Group Fitness Instructor for over 11 years. Completed Ironman race as well as many half marathons and other triathlon competitions.

• MAED from New York University Steinhardt School of Education
• Bachelor's in Communications, Minor in Music
Experience: She has taught a wide variety of fitness styles at multiple wellness centers across multiple states. Fitness styles she has instructed include Water Aerobics, Water Zumba, Spin/Cycling, Bootcamp, Zumba, Zumba Tone, Pilates, Barre, Tabata, HIIT, Strength with weights, Dance Fitness and more! She's also toured the country visiting elementary schools to educate kids in a fun way about health and fitness!
