All classes are still virtual for the time being. Classes are available online either LIVE or On-Demand!
Live classes are offered Sundays, 8:30-9:00 a.m. and Thursdays, 5:30-6:00pm.
Our On-Demand library grants you access to all pre-recorded Family Fitness classes for only $20/month!

Or you could purchase a lifetime pass to each individual session and own it for LIFE for only $75/session!

LIVE Virtual Classes
*Take these classes LIVE with other families and interact as though you're in an in-person class without having to pack up the entire family and leave the house! Or, if you can't make the LIVE time, take on replay any time that works in your schedule. You'll still reap the rewards of being included in live classes with accountability group interactions and one-on-one coaching from Brittany!

This 30-min cycling class can be taken on your indoor bike while I take you through outdoor scenic trails mixed with strength training!

This 30-min High Intensity Interval class makes HIIT possible for ALL SKILL LEVELS! We work with a 1:1 work:rest ratio and all exercises are only 20 seconds long! Get sweaty and maximize your fat burn in a totally doable way!

Our stretching class is 30 minutes long and explores many different reasons why we should be stretching regularly to improve our fitness! Use this class as an extra warm-up and cool-down for other exercise routines, all on its own, or on an active rest day!

This 30-min Core toning class explores 6 different ways to strengthen your core muscles!
Week 1: Sitting Exercises
Week 2: Pilates for Core

Week 3: Standing Exercises

Week 4: Cardio
Week 5: Strength

Week 6: Yoga for Core

This 30-min class alternates between cardio and strength for a different major muscle group each week.

This 45-min dance fitness / cardio class is perfect for all intensities and skill levels. Renee Storm moves you through several dance cardio routines to help you forget you are working out and instead tone muscles and burn fat!

This class is the perfect mash-up of sweaty strength exercises plus relaxing, cool-down yoga poses! We're calling it Prenatal because our instructor, Renee, taught it while she was 8-months pregnant! But it's a great low-moderate intensity class for any skill level!
