Family Fitness Class Schedule

Exercising can be challenging to do regularly once you have kids. BrittFit Family Fitness knows what you need, and we customize every class to each participant, challenging and motivating you every step of the way to help you reach your health and fitness goals! Each class is appropriate for the whole family to join including adults of all skill levels with their kids of all ages!

Life has changed since the pandemic. We understand that.

All classes are still virtual for the time being. Classes are available online via Google Meet either LIVE or On-Demand! Live classes are offered Sundays, 8:30-9:00 a.m. and Thursdays, 5:30-6:00pm (at a discounted rate). We look forward to seeing you in person again soon!

6 Week Class

Each 30 min. class targets a different major muscle group! Total body, Arms, Buns, Thighs, Core & Chest/Back



Our most popular class sure to deliver amazing results! 30 min core intensive perfect for beginners and all skill levels!



Cardio, Strength and Core! This 40-min class is a real triple threat! Watch yourself improve, slim and build muscle of this 12-week course!



Treadmill, elliptical, rower, stationary bike, outdoor bike, jump rope or no equipment at all. These are all ways you can take our most versatile class ever! Challenge yourself in new ways every time you take. this unique class!



This 30-min High Intensity Interval class makes HIIT possible for ALL SKILL LEVELS! We work with a 1:1 work:rest ratio and all exercises are only 20 seconds long! Get sweaty and maximize your fat burn in a totally doable way!


This 30 min. class is a continuation from our most popular class: Core Core Core! No requirement to take the first class! Challenge and tone your mis-section and see REAL results!


This 30-min Core toning class explores 6 different ways to strengthen your core muscles!
