Family Fitness Class Schedule

Exercising can be challenging to do regularly once you have kids. BrittFit Family Fitness knows what you need, and we customize every class to each participant, challenging and motivating you every step of the way to help you reach your health and fitness goals! Each class is appropriate for the whole family to join including children and their adults of all skill levels!

Life has changed since the pandemic. We understand that. Every class is available via a free live streaming app called Periscope. Choose between taking classes that are available LIVE, include Accountability Groups and one-on-one coaching from Brittany. Or you can take classes on replay at your own pace in a more "at-your-own-pace" way!

3 WEEK CLASS

All the music is from your kids' favorite movies!

Each 30 min. class targets a different major muscle group! Total body, Arms, Buns, Thighs, Core & Chest/Back

4 WEEK CLASS

30 min. Core intensive class where each exercise resembles a letter of the alphabet! Mix and match to spell your own words and sweat!

12 WEEK CLASS

Our most popular class sure to deliver amazing results! 30 min core intensive perfect for beginners and all skill levels!

6 WEEK CLASS

This 30 min. class is a continuation from our most popular class: Core Core Core! No requirement to take the first class!

6 WEEK CLASS

This 1-hr long class takes you through a circuit 2x reaching every major muscle group and opposing muscle group for a total body workout. No equipment needed!

1-hr long yoga class with a different focus each week to help you use your breath to expand your flexibility and mind.

6 WEEK CLASS

Our most popular "mash-up" class! This 1-hr. long class is half Strength Training, half Yoga. You'll sweat and cool down with relaxing yoga for the perfect combination of exercises.

6 WEEK CLASS

This 1-hr. long barre class is sure to challenge your EVERY muscle! BabyWearing is not required, nor is having dance experience!

6 WEEK CLASS

This 1-hr. long dance fitness class will have you working up a sweat and forgetting you're working out!
